摘要 介绍了中化开磷800kt/a硫磺制酸装置工艺流程及主要设备选型情况。该装置采用"3+1"二转二吸工艺流程并配套国产化低温位热能回收系统,除钒催化剂外设备全部实现国产化。装置投产以来运行稳定,各项工艺指标均达到或超过设计值,尤其是新上低温位热能回收系统0.7MPa蒸汽产量超过0.52t/t,经济效益可观。 Process and major equipment selection of SINOCHEM Kailin's 800 kt/a sulphur-burning sulphuric acid plant are described. The plant in a 3 + 1 double-absorption arrangement with domestic low-temperature heat recovery system, uses all domestic equipment except vanadium catalyst. Since put into operation, it has operated stably with every index reaching or exceeding design value. 0.7 MPa steam production per ton acid of new lowtemperature heat recovery system was more than 0.52 t and substantial economic benefits were obtained.
