摘要 介绍了石钢公司采用连铸工艺生产55SiMnMo钎具钢的开发情况,通过确定合适的化学成分、合理的工艺路线,确定合适的化学成分,有效抑制了连铸坯氢致白点的产生,减少了钢中的非金属夹杂物,该产品广泛用于各种矿山机械,用户反映使用情况良好。 It is introduced the development of 55SiMnMo drill steel with continuous casting in Shi Steel.Through determining appropriate chemical component and reasonable process,the hydrogen-making-white points in continuous casting billet are effectively eliminated,the non-metal inclusion in steel decreased.
