摘要
石钢公司采用电炉炼钢—650车间轧制、转炉炼钢—连轧车间轧制两条工艺路线开发了矿山机械用400B磨球钢,该产品存在的缺陷主要是表面裂纹。通过分析原因并制定措施,减少了钢材表面裂纹的产生,满足了客户的使用要求,为今后生产该钢种打下了基础。
The surface cracks are the main defect of grinding ball steel for mine machine,which is produced by two lines in Shi Steel： electric steelmaking—650 rolling mill and converter steelmaking—continuous rolling.After its reason analyzed and some measures adopted the cracks are reduced to meet demand from customers.
