摘要
针对石钢EAF(BOF)-LF-VD-CC工艺生产低氧含硫易切削钢过程中存在裂纹、硫化物夹杂级别偏高的问题,通过优化脱氧、精炼造渣制度和连铸工艺,实现了单中间包多炉9h连浇,减少了铸坯裂纹发生几率,提高了UT探伤合格率达到91.225%,钢材全氧含量稳定控制在12×10-6以下。
To the problems of crack and too much of sulfide inclusion in production of low-oxygen sulphur-bearing easy-cutting steel with EAF(BOF)-LF-VD-CC process in Shi Steel,it is improved deoxidation,refining slag-making system and continuous casting process,realized single tundish 9 h casting,the cracks on casting billet eliminated,qualified ratio of UT detecting reaches 91.225%.
