摘要
通过对轧钢加热炉燃用高热值煤气和低热值煤气两种工况的生产及节能检测分析,认为加强设备巡检和检修制度、完善计量仪表的定期校验制度、制定加热炉煤气热值监控等办法,可以减少加热炉内温度的波动,降低工序能耗。
It is analyzed the production index and saving energy when high and low combustion value gas separately used.It is considered that the change of inner temperature of furnace and energy consumption can be reduced with measures： strengthening equipment checking system,improving regular checking and correcting system for measure instruments,gas thermal value supervision and so.
