马乔背向滑步推铅球技术过渡阶段的运动学特征分析

Analysis on Kinematic Characteristics of the Technology Transitory Stage of Back Gliding Shot Put of Maqiao

本文以我国现役优秀女子铅球运动员马乔为研究对象,运用文献资料法、三维摄像和录像解析法等,主要从该阶段身体部分环节及器械的速度特征和相关技术参数两方面进行分析。结论,(1)过渡阶段马乔的身体重心速度和铅球速度都不同程度地提高了,但铅球速度和身体重心速度差值较小,其主要原因是上体过早抬起,导致超越器械姿势不充分造成的;(2)过渡阶段时间明显偏长;(3)不能形成良好的制动和左脚支撑,影响了完整技术的速度节奏和滑步冲量的有效利用率。

Using the methods of literature review,three-dimensional photography and video analysis,this paper researches on the Chinese excellent female shot putter Maqiao and the velocity characters and technical parameters of her body parts and instruments in transitory stage.And then it concludes that（1） the speed of shot put and body center of gravity are both increased in this transitory stage,but the velocity contrast of them is small.（2） the period of transition is obvious long.（3） because of the bad immobilizing and the support of ground by left foot,the velocity rhythm of shot putting and sliding impulse are limited.
