江苏省社会体育专业大学生就业趋向分析与对策研究

Analysis and Countermeasures on Employment Trend of Social Sports Majors in Jiangsu Province

通过对江苏省社会体育专业毕业生的就业趋向调查分析,结果显示:学生对社会体育专业的培养目标、就业服务领域等方面的了解和认知较为模糊,对社会体育领域工作意愿不强;择业时的心理预期与现实偏差较大,与社会和市场的需求存在一定脱节;就业与深造的选择上更倾向先就业,深造的主要目的也是为了更好的就业做准备。并提出紧密结合市场需求提高办学水平;加强就业指导,树立与市场经济相适应的现代就业观;发挥政府职能,建立学校、政府相关职能部门和市场的联动机制,为学校与社会搭建专业供需就业平台三个方面的相应对策。

The analysis on employment trend of society sports specialized undergraduates in Jiangsu province reveals that students possess a vague understanding of aims and employment situations of social sports specialty and their desires to work for social sports are weak.During the process of choosing occupation,there is a big variance between students＇ expectation and reality market needs.They prefer to take a job rather than pursuing advanced studies and the main purpose of pursuing advanced studies is to prepare for getting a better job.This study also raises the needs to improve education level,strengthen employment guidance based on the market needs and set up the modern employment view which will match with marketing economy.In order to construct a professional platform of employment demand and supply for school and society,it is necessary to bring into government function and establish a schools,government and market mechanism.
