福州市中学实施阳光体育的现状及发展对策

Current Situation and Development Countermeasures of Implementation of "Sunny Sports" at Middle Schools in Fuzhou City

对福州市中学两年多来开展阳光体育运动情况进行抽样调查,着重从学生对开展阳光体育的认知和学校实施阳光体育的现状进行调查。提出加强宣传,促进学生主动参与;提高体育教师业务水平,丰富活动内容;加强政策引领,加大制度支撑;构建"学校、社区、家庭"三位一体的体育网络;中学生自身应树立正确的健康观,主动投身到体育实践中的发展对策。

This paper makes a sample survey on the development situation of sunny sports at the middle schools in Fuzhou city for more than two years.This investigation emphasizes on students＇ acknowledge and schools＇ implementation of sunny sports.And then it proposes that it is necessary to strengthen the publicity,improve active participation of students,raise the professional skills of sports teachers,rich activity contents,increase the leading function of policies,reinforce the support of system and set up a trinitarian physical network of ＂school,community and family＂.Moreover,middle-school students should establish their own correct healthy view and initiative throw themselves into sports practice.
