摘要
二节棍是一种传统武术器械,因其具有良好的健身娱乐价值功能,被各个年龄阶段的健身爱好者所青睐,男女老幼皆宜,是当前最为流行的大众健身武术器械之一。本文从二节棍的历史渊源和价值功能入手,分析当前国内二节棍运动在器械规格、练习群体、技术发展、国内赛事和主管部门的重视程度等方面的状况,并对二节棍运动在今后的开发宣传、竞技赛事和深入推广等方面提出建议。
Because of its good fitness entertainment value,Nunchaku,which is a kind of traditional wushu instrument,is favored by every age level of fitness lovers.It can not be denied that nunchaku is the most popular public bodybuilding wushu instrument.Based on the nunchaku historical origin and value function,this article analyses nunchaku sport＇s statues in instrument specifications,practice groups,technical development,national events,adequate attention received from concerned department and etc.This article also offers some proposal regarding nunchaku sport＇s future development,publicity,tournament games and in-depth promotion.
