Analysis on Basketball Movement under the Diversity Mode of Urban Community Sports

随着社会的发展经济水平的提高,社区体育在群众中逐渐崛起,社区体育的构建模式也初见成效,在这一大背景的需求下,篮球运动的健身性功能发挥得淋漓尽致,这些客观的需求都充分说明了合理开发篮球运动的健身性能够为社区体育服务,并能提高群众的参与意识,促进全民健身的开展。本文从健身性角度对篮球运动进行分析,使其为社区体育提供一个可选择的素材。

Following the development of social economy,community sports was generally popular with people.And the construction mode of community sports has achieved initial success.In that case,basketball began to play its role of fitness and community sports service and to improve the development of fitness for the nation.This paper researched basketball movement from the angle of fitness and hopefully it could become an important item of community sports.
