摘要
重介质选煤是一种高效的选煤方式,本文以重介质旋流器为控制对象,在传统PID控制基础上引入模糊控制和神经网络构建重介质旋流器智能控制系统。上位机完成重介质悬浮液的密度给定和PID控制参数的模糊控制,将参数传递给下位机PLC从而完成对重介质悬浮液密度的控制。
Heavy medium coal cleaning is a highly efficient way.This paper takes the heavy medium hydrocyclone as the object of control,introducts fuzzy control and neural network to construct heavy medium hydrocyclone intelligent control system based on the traditional PID control.PC completes heavy medium suspensions density given and PID control parameters of fuzzy control,passes the parameters to the lower computer PLC to complete the heavy medium suspensions density control.
