浅析循环经济理论在西山煤电的实践

Analysis on Practice of Circular Economy Theory in Xishan Coal and Electricity Group

近年来,西山煤电集团以国家煤炭产业政策为指引,积极推进煤炭资源高效开采、清洁加工、深入转化、废弃物利用,逐步探索出一条以低排放、低污染、低耗能为特征的低碳型循环经济发展模式,被列为全国首批煤炭行业五个循环经济试点企业之一。西山煤电的发展模式对我国传统煤炭企业有着较好的借鉴意义,本文以循环经济理论为指导,对西山煤电近年来循环经济发展路径进行了综合研究,探讨分析国有大型煤炭企业发展循环经济的有效途径,同时就西山煤电如何更好地发展循环经济,提出了可操作性的建议。

In recent years,Xishan coal and electricity group take the national coal industrial policy as the guide,actively promote highly effective mining of coal resource,clean processing,in-depth transformation,waste use,and gradually explore an development mode of low carbon type circular economy with the features of low emission,low pollution and low consumption,is listed as one of the experimental enterprises of five circular economy in the first national coal industry.The development mode of Xishan coal and electricity group have better reference to our traditional coal enterprise,this article takes the circular economy theory as guidance,carry on comprehensive research to circular economy development path of Xishan in recent years,discusss and analyses the effective ways of developing circular economy in state-owned large-scale coal enterprise,and puts forward the feasibility proposal to better develop circular economy in Xishan.
