颈动脉脉搏波速度与高血压患者动脉功能的关系研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探讨原发性高血压患者颈动脉脉搏波速度(carotid pulse wave velocity,CPWV)与颈动脉功能变化的关系。方法:对60例高血压患者(实验组)和56例健康人士(对照组)采用组织多普勒显像(TDI)技术检测右颈总动脉,根据同步心电图描记,对电-机械时间、脉搏波时间进行测量,对颈动脉脉搏波速度进行计算。结果:颈动脉脉搏波速度实验组为(2.8±1.1)m/s,对照组为(0.9±0.6)m/s,两组比较差异有统计学意义(t=11.255,P<0.001);脉压实验组(62.6±16.4)mmHg,对照组(38.5±10.4)mmHg,差异有统计学意义(t=8.658,P<0.001)。结论:颈动脉脉搏波速度与脉压之间有很密切的关系,可以在临床上把其作为高血压病动脉功能的评价标准。 Objective: To explore the relation of carotid pulse wave velocity(CPWV) and carotid artery function.Methods: The right common carotid artery was detected by tissue Doppler imaging.Based on synchronized electrocardiography,electromechanical time and pulse wave time were measured,and CPWV was calculated.Results: The CPWV was(2.8±1.1)m/s in experimental group,and(0.9±0.6) m/s in control group.There was significant difference between two groups(t=11.255,P0.001).The pulse pressure was(62.6±16.4)mmHg in experimental group,and(38.5±10.4)mmHg in control group with significant difference between them(t=8.658,P0.001).Conclusions: CPWV is close related with pulse pressure,and can be criteria for evaluation of arterial function in patients with hypertension.
