乳腺癌患者血浆总胆固醇及高密度脂蛋白与乳腺癌临床分期的相关性研究

Correlation among pathological staging,plasma total cholesterol and HDL-C in patients with breast cancer

目的:测定乳腺癌患者术前血浆总胆固醇(TC)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)的含量,探讨TC、HDL-C及TC/HDL-C比值与乳腺癌临床分期的相关性。方法:选择Ⅰ+ⅡA期乳腺癌组32例,ⅡB+Ⅲ期乳腺癌组45例,另选乳房纤维瘤30例作为对照组。所有病例均取清晨空腹静脉血。用酶法测定血浆TC含量,用沉淀法测定血浆HDL-C含量。结果:Ⅰ+ⅡA期乳腺癌组32例血浆TC和HDL-C的检测值与对照组均无明显变化,两组之间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。ⅡB+Ⅲ期乳腺癌组45例患者血浆TC含量明显高于Ⅰ+ⅡA期乳腺癌组和对照组,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);且HDL-C的检测值低于Ⅰ+ⅡA期乳腺癌组和对照组,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:乳腺癌患者术前TC与HDL-C的含量与乳腺癌临床分期有密切相关性。ⅡB+Ⅲ期乳腺癌患者血浆TC含量增高,HDL-C的含量下降,TC/HDL-C比值升高。TC、HDL-C及TC/HDL-C比值可以作为术前判断乳腺癌临床病理分期、决定治疗方案及预测治疗效果的有效指标。

Objective： To investigate the relationship between the level of plasma total cholesterol（TC）,HDL-C,the ratio of TC/HDL-C and pathological staging.Methods： A total of 32 patients with breast cancer at Ⅰ＋ⅡA stage,45 patients at ⅡB＋Ⅲ stage,and 30 patients with fibroadenoma were selected.Vein blood of every patient was collected on an empty stomach.The content of plasma TC was determined by enzymic method,and the content of serum HDL-C was determined by precipitation method. Results： There was no significant differences in levels of TC and HDL-C between patients at Ⅰ＋ⅡA stage and patients with fibroadenoma（P0.05）.The TC was significantly higher,and HDL-C was significantly higher in patients at ⅡB＋Ⅲ stage（P0.05）.Conclusions： There is closely correlation between the levels of plasma TC,HDL-C and pathological staging in patients with breast cancer.In patients at ⅡB＋Ⅲstage breast cancer,the TC level was increased,and HDL-C was decreased.The ratio of TC/HDL-C was increased.TC,HDL-C and the ratio of TC/HDL-C can be used as useful indexes for staging,treatment and evaluation of efficacy.
