保定市给水工程利用南水北调引江水作为新水源的工程方案及其优选

Schemes and their optimization of using the water from south-to-north water diversion as a new water source in Baoding water supply project

根据南水北调中线配套工程对西大洋引水工程的影响,结合河北省和保定市南水北调配套工程规划总体要求,从经济技术的角度,本研究提出了保定市西大洋给水工程利用南水北调引江水作为新水源的6种工程方案。针对影响方案选择的因素具有模糊性这一特征,应用模糊综合评判法进行方案优选,根据最大隶属度原则,通过计算得到了全部买断产权方案为最佳的对策方案。基于模糊综合评判法的优选结果为南水北调中线引江水被保定市给水工程利用的方案选择提供了决策依据。

According to the impacting of auxiliary project of South-to-North water transfer project on Xidayang diversion works,and its general requirements for planning in Baoding and Hebei Province,and in view of economic and technology of engineering,six project schemes are proposed to use the water from South-to-North water diversion project as a new water source in Baoding water supply project.Selection factors have fuzzy characteristics,which affect program selection.Fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to optimize program selection.Based on the maximum membership degree principle,the best disposal program,all property of Xidayang diversion works buyout,is obtained by calculating.Fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method also provides decision-making foundation for Selecting projects schemes for the river water of south-to-north water diversion project used by Baoding water supply project.
