La_(10)Fe_(81-x)Zr_9B_x非晶合金的制备与磁热效应 被引量:1

Preparation and Magnetocaloric Effect in La_(10)Fe_(81-x)Zr_9B_x Amorphous Alloys

摘要 在Ar气氛下,用真空电弧熔炼方法制备了La10Fe81-xZr9Bx(x=0,1,2)系列母合金,用单铜辊急冷电磁感应甩带技术制备了La10Fe81-xZr9Bx(x=0,1,2)合金薄带.室温X射线衍射结果表明,该系列合金为非晶态合金.磁性测量结果表明,该系列合金具有铁磁性.通过测定等温磁化曲线,确定了该系列合金的磁熵变,其最大值(磁场变化为0~1.5 T)可以达到金属Gd的1/4. A series of La10Fe81-xZr9Bx(x=0,1,2) alloys were prepared by arc melting method under Ar atmosphere.Then,the alloys were rapidly cooled by melt-spinning method using the electromagnetic induction furnace.X-ray diffraction results show that the alloys are in amorphous state.The magnetic measurements show that these alloys are ferromagnetic,and the Curie temperature changes with boron concentration.The maximum value of magnetic entropy change(under an applied magnetic field change from 0 to 1.5 T) is about 1/4 of metal Gd in same condition.
