摘要 用球磨和烧结法制备了Mn1.3Fe0.7PxSi1-x系列化合物.磁性测量结果表明,随着P含量的增加,居里温度由x=0.45时的320 K降到x=0.55时的209 K;外加磁场变化为1.5 T时,在居里温度209 K附近,Mn1.3Fe0.7P0.55Si0.45的最大磁熵变为11.3J/(kg·K).该化合物的热滞为10.4 K.良好的磁热效应性能和低廉的原料价格使得该系列化合物有望成为室温区磁制冷工质. The Mn1.3Fe0.7PxSi1-x compounds with x=0.45,0.46,0.50,0.55 were synthesized by ball milling and solid-state sintering method.Magnetization measurements show that the Curie temperature of Mn1.3Fe0.7PxSi1-x compounds decreases from 320 K for x=0.45 to 209 K for x=0.55.A metamagnetic phase transition is observed above the Curie temperature for the compounds with x up to 0.55.The Mn1.3Fe0.7P0.55Si0.45compound exhibits a large magnetocaloric effect of 11.3 J/(kg·K) for a field change from 0 to 1.5 T near its Curie temperature of 209 K.Thermal hysteresis of this compound is 10 K.The excellent magnetocaloric properties and the low material cost of these compounds are very promising for magnetocaloric applications.
