摘要
利用有限元软件对TBD234V6曲轴进行了自由条件下的有限元模态分析,同时为获取准确的结构响应信息,对曲轴进行了试验模态分析并利用N-Modal软件识别各阶模态参数。通过对模态频率、模态振型与模态相关性三者的比较分析,验证了所建立曲轴三维有限元模型的正确性,并在此基础上完成了对有限元模型的修正,修正后的模型比原分析模型具有更高的精度。
The finite element modal analysis of TBD234V6 diesel engine crankshaft was carried out with the finite element software under unconstrained conditions.To obtain the accurate structural response information,the experimental modal analysis was carried out and the modal parameters of various orders were recognized by using the N-Modal software.Then the built 3D finite element model was validated by comparing and analyzing the modal frequency,the modal vibration mode and the modal relativity.Based on this,the finite model was modified.Finally,it was proved that the modified model had higher precision than the original analysis model.
