摘要
研究了不同水胶比、不同再生骨料替代率的高性能再生混凝土抗压强度、抗折强度、劈裂抗拉强度、弹性模量等力学性能。结果显示,再生混凝土的强度等级在C30~C60之间,抗折强度大于4MPa,劈裂抗拉强度大于2MPa,弹性模量在20~40GPa之间,力学性能满足应用技术要求。再生骨料替代率在60%以内时,不影响混凝土各项强度指标;100%再生骨料替代率的混凝土根据水胶比不同,抗压强度降低5%~25%;再生混凝土弹性模量随再生骨料替代率的增加而逐步降低。
The mechanical properties such as compressive strength,flexural strength,splitting tensile strength and elastic modulus of high-performance recycled aggregate concrete with different water-binder ratio and recycled aggregate replacement rate are studied.The results show that the strength of concrete is between C30~C60,flexural strength is more than 4MPa,splitting tensile strength is more than 2MPa and elastic modulus is between 20~40GPa,the mechanical properties can meet the application requirements.When the recycled aggregate replacement rate is less than 60%,there are no influences on the strength indexes of recycled concrete,while the concrete with 100% recycled aggregate replacement rate can reduce the compressive strength of 5%~25% according to the water-binder ratio,and the elastic modulus of recycled aggregate concrete reduces with the increase of recycled aggregate replacement rate.
