摘要
针对数字存储示波器的触发点同时受触发电平和触发延迟影响且不易分离的特点,使用了一种基于正弦信号激励,以正弦波拟合方式获取触发参数的方法,提出了一种依靠变换激励信号频率,达到有效分离触发电平和触发延迟影响的测量方法,从而获得了触发点电平和触发延迟的精确测量结果。在数字存储示波器上的实验结果验证了该方法的有效性和可行性。该方法可用于触发点参数的精确测量与定标,以及识别和分离出未知触发延迟分量。
Aiming at the fact that the triggering point of digital storage oscilloscope(DSO) is always effected by both trigger level and trigger delay,which are difficult to be separated,a novel method based on sinusoidal stimulation and curve-fitting is used to obtain the triggering parameters.In this method,the stimulation signal frequency is varied to separate the influence of trigger level and trigger delay,and both trigger level and trigger delay can be obtained precisely.The experiment results on a type of DSO prove the validity and feasibility of the method.This method can be used to precisely measure triggering parameters and determine trigger point.It also can be used to separate trigger delay from triggering parameters.
