摘要
目的 为病因研究和制定防治措施提供科学依据。方法 每年3~4 月对7~12 岁儿童进行病情及发硒检测。结果 临床检出率1983 年为68.8% ,1998 年下降为4.67% ,X 线检出率由74.6% 下降到0.9% ;发硒由1983 年的0.051m g/kg 上升到0.14m g/kg,但呈波浪状变化。结论 病情下降与发硒变化无剂量效应关系。
Objective The purpose of this study is to provide scientific evidence for research on the KBD cause and working out its preventive measures.Methods In this surveillance,children aged 7 to 12 years old were examined on the disease state and hair selenium content during months of 3 to 4 each year within 15 years.Results The results showed clinical and X ray detectable rates decreased,the former from 68.8% of 1983 year to 4.67% of 1998 year,and the later fromer from 68.8% of 1983 year to 4.67% of 1998 year,and the later from 74.6% to 0.9%.The results also showed that hair selenium level from 74.6% to 0.9%.The results also showed that hair selenium level increased from 0.051mg/kg of 1983 to 0.14mg/kg of 1998 and that its change trend was like wave shape during last 15 years.Conclusions It may be concluded from this analysis that thre was no dose effect relationship between decreased KBD cases and increased hair selenium level and that this may be related to the prevention of cereal grains from going mouldy and the raise of people's living standard.
