摘要
反生产行为引起理论研究与管理实践的重视。通过文献回顾,分别站在组织和个体的角度,系统总结和分析了反生产行为的潜在消极和积极影响。指出反生产行为可以提高组织成本、恶化伦理氛围、伤害个体福利,同时也有利于暴露组织管理问题、维护员工利益、发泄个体消极情绪等。最后,基于反生产行为的正负效应提出了一些管理对策。
Theoretical research and management practice has paid great attention to counterproductive work behavior(CWB).Through reviewing the literature,this paper summarizes and analyzes CWB's potential negative and positive influence from the perspective of organization and individual respectively.It points out that CWB can increase organization's management cost,deteriorate ethical climate and threaten individuals' well-being.At the same time,CWB can be useful for exposure organization's management problem,protect employees' interests,express individual' negative emotion.Finally,based on CWB' potential influence,some management tactics are put forward.
