摘要
人力资源管理外包作为一种新兴的人力资源管理模式,在帮助企业降低人力资源管理成本、提高人力资源管理品质和增强企业核心竞争力等方面发挥着越来越重要的作用。文章从交易费用理论出发,借鉴威廉姆森的启发式模型对人力资源管理外包的费用效率进行了分析。分析表明随着交易资产专用性程度的提高,市场交易的费用优势逐渐消失,对于临界区域的分析将是企业进行人力资源管理外包决策的主要依据。
As an emerging mode for human resource management,human resource management outsourcing plays a more and more important role in reducing the cost of human resource management,improving the quality of human resource and strengthening the core competitiveness.Based on the transaction cost theory and Williamson's heuristic model,this paper analyzes the cost efficiency of human,and finds out that the advantage of market trading will gradually disappear with the further specialization of transaction assets.Decision on the human resource management outsourcing should mainly depend on the analysis of critical regions.
