从集体化到新型集体化:关于中国农业生产组织形式研究文献的综述

From Collectivization to New Collectivization:A Review on Chinese Organizational Form of Agricultural Production

在梳理和归纳相关研究文献的基础上,文章大体勾勒出我国农业生产组织形式的演变进程。分析表明,从人民公社时期的集体化生产组织形式到关注农民激励的土地家庭承包制,再到地权私有化和新型农业合作社,我国农业生产组织形式的内涵发生了实质性变化。该领域的研究主题从单纯的生产效率延伸到地权稳定性、土地流转以及产权完备性等多方面,引导着我国农业生产组织形式改革的新方向。

Based on reviewing some relevant research literature,this paper describes the evolution process of agricultural production＇s organizational forms in our country.The result shows that organizational forms of agricultural production have undergone substantial changes in the content,which are from collectivized production organization in Commune period to household land contract system focusing on farmers＇ incentives,and then to the privatization of land ownership and new agricultural cooperatives.Research topics in the field extend from simple productivity to the stability of land ownership,land transfer,completeness of property rights and so on,guiding the new direction for the reform of agricultural production＇s organization.
