服务外包产业创新集群能力研究——以宁波数字科技园为例

Research on Innovation Clusters Ability of Service Outsourcing Industry——Case Study of Ningbo Digital Technology Park

文章从服务外包创新集群的概念和构成要素出发,通过构建服务外包产业创新集群能力评价的指标体系,选取了6个园区作为研究对象,运用层次分析法综合评价了各个园区的创新集群能力。并以宁波数字科技园为例,深入分析了其创新集群能力,提出了加快发展的对策建议。

Firstly,this article introduces the concept and the elements of outsourcing innovation cluster.Then it builds an evaluation index system of capacity of service outsourcing industry innovation cluster.Furthermore,it selects six parks as research subjects,and evaluates the innovation clusters ability of these parks by using the analytic hierarchy process.Finally,it taken Ningbo Digital Technology Park as a case,analyzes its innovation clusters ability,and puts forward some suggestions to speed up its development.
