巢式RT-PCR法检测HIV-1阳性者中庚型肝炎病毒感染的研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的调查HIV流行地区庚型肝炎病毒(HGV)在HIV阳性人群中的感染率,并探讨其对HIV病程的影响。方法根据已知并公认的HGV序列,设计特异巢式引物,建立HGVRNA的巢式RT-PCR方法,对100例HIV-1阳性感染者进行检测,同时进行CD4+T细胞计数和HIV病毒载量的测定。结果 100例HIV-1阳性者中检测出HGVRNA阳性感染者22例(22%);合并感染HGV的HIV感染人群体内可见有较高CD4细胞数。结论 HIV阳性感染者有较高的HGV重叠感染率,可能与其具有共同的传播途径有关,合并感染HGV似乎能延缓HIV感染者的病程。 Objective To Investigate the rate of hepatitis G(HGV) infection in HIV-positive population,HIV-endemic areas,and to explore its impact on HIV disease.Methods According to the known and recognized HGV sequence,we designed nested primers specifically at the 5' UTR region of HGV and established an effective methods to detect HGVRNA with nested RT-PCR,100 cases of HIV-1 positive people were detected,while the CD4+ T cell count and HIV viral load were determined at the same time.Results Twenty-two cases(22%) were HGVRNA positive in 100 cases of HIV positive population detected;HGVRNA positive subjects among HIV-infected individuals have a higher number of CD4 cells.Conclusions The prevalence of HGV among HIV positive subjects was high,as a consequence to the a common transmission pathways,HGV infection seems to delay the progress of HIV disease.
