摘要 介绍了UG编程数据库的设置及应用,结合UG二次开发技术,重新开发了刀具数据库、夹头数据库及切削进给参数库,并进行了数据库集成共享,实现了大部分编程参数的标准化、自动化设置,有效提高了编程参数设置效率和刀具正常磨损寿命,降低了参数设置出错率,保证了产品加工质量。 The setting and application of various UG database for programming were presented.With secondary development technique of UG,a database for cutting tools and chucks and a parameter library of tool-chip and feeding were redeveloped which can all be integrated and shared and that a standardized and automatic setting of parameters for programming can be achieved.The set-ting efficiency and service life can be increased and the error rate reduced.
