摘要 针对整体式手柄的结构特点,利用气体辅助注射技术解决了手柄壁厚差异大的问题,并通过哈夫式型腔结构、潜伏式浇口和侧向抽芯机构的设计,解决了塑件因外观要求及内部结构复杂引起的成型和脱模难题,模具结构复杂而巧妙,完全满足客户要求。 An air-assisted injection mould was developed for an integral handle with great difference of wall thickness,in which half-cavity,submarine gate and side core-pulling mechanism were used to solve the forming and demolding problem.
