摘要
根据弧顶圆筒螺旋盖两头大、中间小,且下部有一段外螺纹的结构特点,设计了成型塑件外形及外螺纹的凹模斜滑块结构,开模时先由固定在动模上的挂钩拉动凹模斜滑块沿定模上的梯形斜导滑槽运动而垂直分型,再由弹簧力继续推动凹模斜滑块,分型一段距离后由推出机构推出塑件。该设计方案缩小了模具的外形尺寸,简化了模具结构。
An injection mould was developed for a screw cap of a cylinder with arc top in which the configuration and external thread were shaped by cavities in the inclined sliding block with vertically parted two-sectional concave die.When the mould opens,the hook fixed on the moving half moves the inclined sliding block along the slanted trapezoid sliding slot and the vertical parting is finished;then the spring force continuously pushes the inclined sliding block for a distance and the plastic part is ejected.
