摘要
采用多弧离子镀膜法在不锈钢电池外壳成形凸模上沉积Ti/TiN/(Ti-Zr)N/ZrN多元多层膜,并对成形凸模的失效形式、镀层组织形貌、组织结构、显微硬度、耐磨性能等进行了分析和讨论。试验结果表明,已镀凸模的使用寿命比未镀凸模提高6倍以上,能取得良好的经济效益,大幅提高电池外壳质量。
Ti/TiN/(Ti-Zr)N/ZrN multi-component and multi-layer film was deposited on the forming punch for stainless battery shell through multi-arc ion plating.The failure mode of the forming punch,the morphology,microstructure,microhardness and wear resistance of the coating were analyzed and discussed.The experimental results show that the service life of forming punch with film is more than six times longer than that without film.
