摘要
以常见的六点支承玻璃幕墙为例,介绍了运用APDL语言进行参数化建模及结构优化设计的过程,得出了参数的优化结果,说明选择最恰当的玻璃厚度t,玻璃边孔距c和玻璃的长宽比b/a,不仅可以减轻重量、节约成本,而且对支承体系的抗震性、稳定性等有很大的好处。APDL参数化设计语言的应用,避免了有限元重复建模和前后处理操作,明显提高了设计效率。
As the common six-point supported glass curtain for example,this article briefly introduces parametric modeling language and structural optimization with APDL.According to the result obtained,it shows that selecting the most appropriate parameters is not only helpful to reduce weight and save costs but also improve the anti-seismic performance and stability of the support structure.With the application of parametric design language APDL,the structural design optimization well avoids the repeat modeling,preprocessing and postprocessing jobs and significantly improves the design efficiency.
