摘要
用高密度塑胶管为模板浇注混凝土柱,在结构使用过程中仍保留该管可形成约束混凝土柱。通过试验方法来研究这种结构在单轴受压时的力学性能,比较了该结构与同条件下素混凝土柱的应力—应变关系。试验证明,利用高密度塑胶管材来约束混凝土,能够有效提高混凝土柱的极限承载能力和变形能力。
By using the stencil made of high density of plastic pipe as frame work in casting of concrete,confined-concrete column can be formed if keeping high density plastic pipe confined-concrete inside structure during its life span.The aim of this article is to define the mechanical property of this structure under axial compression loading through experiments,stress-strain diagrams are plotted in later analysis after in order to investigate the difference between this structure and plain concrete's under same conditions.This study shows both ultimate bearing capacity and deformability of concrete column can be effectively developed when introducing high density plastic pipe into concrete mix proportions.
