摘要
基于任意转角位置的双圆弧齿轮齿廓数学模型,构建了双圆弧齿轮齿根过渡曲线曲率半径的计算公式,验证了曲率半径计算公式的准确性;提出了齿根任一点局部应力的折截面法计算数学模型,并验证了其精确度;重点应用齿根应力计算数学模型分析讨论了不同参数条件下曲率半径对齿根应力的影响。其分析结果将为双圆弧齿轮设计、参数优化选择等提供参考依据。
Based on the mathematical models of double-circular-arc gear at any rotational angular position, the mathematical formula for caleulating the curvature radius of transition lines has been established in this paper, with which the accuracy of the formula has been verified. It puts forward the mathematical models for calculating the local stress of any position at the root and also verifies its accuracy by using the law of section. With the application of the mathematical models to calculate the root stress, the paper focuses on analyzing the effect of the root stress by the curvature radius of double-circular-arc gear under different parameters. The results of this analysis will provide a reference for the design and parameter optimization of the double-circular-arc gear.
