Study on the Characteristics of the Dual-mode Electro-mechanical Variable Transmission

摘要 介绍了一种双模式机电复合传动系统的结构及其工作模式,分析了系统的转速关系特性,指出了系统可以通过调节电机转速来优化发动机的工作点。研究了系统的转矩和功率特性,指出了系统的输出转矩是电机转矩和一部分输入转矩比例变换后叠加而成。研究了系统电力相对分流功率,其与行星排参数和双模式传动比有关。第一模式下电力分流功率大小是影响系统性能的重要因素,通过参数匹配设计,可减小电机在第一模式下的功率需求。而电机功率的选择需参考电力相对分流功率在两个模式内的极值情况。 A type of structure and working mode of the dual-mode mechanical and electric combined drive system was introduced. The rotation speed characteristic of the system was analyzed. Through adjusting the motor rotating speed, the system can be used to optimize the engine working point. Investigates power and torque performance, and points out the output torque of the system which is superimposed by motor torque and a part of sealed input torque. Researches the power-split of the system and it is associated with the planetary set parameters and dual-mode transmission ratio. In the first model how much the split electric power is an important factor which affects the performance of the system. Through changing the matching of the parameters, demand on motor power in the first model can be reduced. The relative electric power split-flow′s extreme condition in the two modes was referred to in the selection of motor power.
