摘要 配置设计中关键的一步是如何将客户的需求映射到产品的结构中。针对客户性能需求和结构之间的模糊性和不确定性,提出利用可拓数据挖掘的方法找出这两者之间的关系,实现产品性能到结构上的映射。构建产品配置蕴含规则,根据产品配置蕴含规则产生产品配置蕴含模型,基于此模型建立产品配置传导矛盾环,利用关联函数建立这些传导矛盾环和现有的配置方案库中的配置方案之间的映射关系,通过这些映射关系对现有的产品配置方案进行改进得到符合客户需求的产品再配置方案,最后将此方法应用到油锯的配置过程中。 A key step in Configuration design is how to map customer requirements to product structure.Concerning the vagueness and uncertain between customer demand for performance and the structure,extension date mining may be applied in finding out the relationship in order to achieve the mapping.Product configuration model is built according to the product configuration rules,and a product configuration conduction contradictory ring is set up basing on this model.By applying correlation functions the mapping relationship between the plan in existing product configuration scenario and the ring is established.Through which product reconfiguration scenario available is modified in order to get product reconfiguration plan required by the customers,which will be applied in the chain saw configuration process.
