摘要
以垂直升降电梯式立体车库为主要研究对象,通过研究立体车库垂直提升和旋转定位并行工作的控制方式,进行了升降机构控制系统的设计研究。介绍了垂直升降式立体车库的总体结构和工作原理。确定了以三菱FX2N-80MR可编程序控制器(PLC)为主控单元的控制方案,并对控制系统的输入输出进行了详细的分析,完成了控制系统的输入输出分配及其与PLC硬件端子的连接,设计了控制系统的控制程序梯形图,完成了立体车库控制系统设计,满足了立体车库的控制功能和使用要求,因此,这项研究具有很强的理论价值和现实意义。
The vertical garage of lifting type is what we shall research in which the control system for lifting mechanism is developed through researching parallel operating of lifting and rotary positioning of the garage.First the overall structure and working principle for the garage is introduced.Then the Mitsubishi FX2N-80MR PLC(PLC)control scheme is defined to be the main control unit,which will analyze in detail and distribute the input and output of the control system,connect with PLC terminals as well.Ladder diagram control program is designed for the control system.The completion of the control system could meet the requirements for parking and operating.Therefore the research is valuable and significant both in theory and practice.
