摘要
统计公差对过程质量控制起着重要的作用,它直接影响产品的质量,进而决定着企业的生存与利润。提出了一种基于质量目标的统计公差带模式和图形化的统计公差带的表达,通过计算机进行了算法研究和具体实现,给出了单质量目标和多质量目标的图形化统计公差带图的设计,通过例子对图形化统计公差带的选用进行了分析,这种新的面向质量目标的统计公差技术由于其在技术要求、质量要求和过程质量之间建立了标准化的表达界面,因此对质量的控制更加严格和可行,具有普遍的应用价值。
Statistical Tolerance has been played an important role on process quality control,which directly affects the quality of the products,thus determines the survival and profitability of enterprises.Graphic statistical tolerance zone has been favored for its visual and good operability.It first introduces the current statistical expressive methods applied commonly both in the domestic and international,and then puts forward a statistical tolerance zone model based on the quality goal and a graphic statistical tolerance zone expressive method,and an algorithm research and the specific realization with computer are done.A single and multiple quality-oriented statistical tolerance zone charts are presented,the method of selecting the graphic statistical tolerance zone is explained through examples.As this new statistical tolerance technology oriented quality goal builds a standard expressive interface among technical requirements,quality requirements and process quality,established on it,therefore it is more strict and feasible for quality control and valuable for universal application.
