摘要
通过ADAMS/VIEW软件模块建立某48m混凝土泵车臂架变幅机构的三维仿真模型,在ADAMS/VIEW模块中,以混凝土泵车5节臂架全部水平工况为基础,分别对第1、第2、第3、第4、第5节臂架进行由初始位置到最大位置间的运动仿真分析,得到了在10种工况下各节变幅油缸受力曲线,并确定了各节臂架变幅油缸最危险工况时的最大受力。依据仿真出的各节臂架变幅油缸最大推力和拉力,分别计算出变幅油缸无杆腔和有杆腔的最大工作压力,为选择合理的臂架变幅油缸型号和臂架变幅机构优化设计提供了理论依据。
The 3D simulation model for the amplitude changing mechanism for arm support of certain concrete pump vehicle is established by means of ADAMS/VIEW software module,in which simulative movement for each knuckle arm frame is analyzed from their original position to the max position basing on the level status of the 5 knuckles arm frames,thus the cylinder force curve for each amplitude changing mechanism under 10 more status is obtained as well as the max force of each under the most dangerous status is determined.According to the maximum thrust and tension of the cylinder,the maximum pressure of separate rod and rodless cavity is calculateed,which provides theory references for selecting types of cylinder and optimal designing of the changing mechanism of arm support.
