摘要
柴油机喷油泵性能的好坏直接决定着柴油机的动力性、经济性及排放,喷油泵试验台是柴油机车制造和修理厂检验、调整喷油泵不可缺少的设备。就喷油泵试验台国内外的发展现状,以及喷油泵试验台的各种量油系统(如量筒法、容积法、流量法、光栅尺测量法)的测量原理进行了简述,并对存在的问题进行了分析。为解决当前喷油泵试验台量油系统量油误差大和效率低的问题,针对新型质量式智能量油系统的设计结构、工作原理、性能参数等作了详尽的介绍。研究的主要内容包括:喷油泵质量式量油装置的设计、传感器信号的采集、D/A、A/D转换电路与单片机接口电路的设计、键盘显示器接口的设计和软件系统的设计,并对喷油泵量油装置的喷油量进行了试验。
The performance of injecting pump for diesel engine affects directly its dynamic force、economy and discharge.While the injecting pump test bench is essential equipment for inspecting and adjusting the pump for the diesel car manufacturing and repairing factory.Firstly,the thesis sumerizes the development of the pump test bench at home and abroad and the measuring principle for each fuel measuring system(such as measuring cylinder mode,Capacity mode,flow mode,linear scale measuring mode.etc)of the bench.Then the problems available are analyzed.Secondly,concerning the problems of big error and low efficiency availble in the oil measuring system,a new type measuring system of mass,intelligent type is introduced in its design structure,working principle and performance parameter in detail.Thirdly,the main point of the research includes:the design for fuel measuring device of mass mode,the collecting of sensor signal,the design of D/A,A/D conversion circuit,the design of the interface circuit for single chip microcomputer as well as the design for interface of the keyboard display and the design for software system.Meantime,injection quantityof the fuel measuring device for the pump is tested and analyzed the relative experiment data.
