摘要
针对制造业机电产品加工绿色性评价过程中存在着大量的灰色性问题,通过对国内外相关评价方法的学习与研究,提出了利用多层次灰色决策模型对机电产品绿色加工性进行评价。根据机电产品的加工特点,通过对绿色加工评价指标集、关联系数等内容的讨论,首先构建了机电产品加工的灰色多层次决策模型;在理论研究的基础上,通过评价实例进一步介绍和计算了该评价方法应用步骤与技巧。评价实验同时业证实了该评价方法的可行性和先进性。
Concerning the gray issues available in evaluating of green nature of the manufacturing-electrical product process,a multi-level gray decision-making model for green processing evaluation for mechanical and electrical products is proposed through studying and researching the evaluation at home and abroad.Based on processing characteristics of mechanical and electrical products,a multi-level gray decision-making model is constructed through discussing of index set and correlation coefficient of the evaluation for green processing;On the basis of theoretical study,through evaluation of examples,further information on the steps and techniques of the application is introduced Experimental evaluation verifies at the same time the feasibility and advance of the evaluation methods.
