摘要
针对目前LCA现有软件对机电产品绿色设计及绿色工艺体系缺乏良好支撑问题,从机电产品制造过程的技术特性、工艺参数和绿色特性出发,建立了工艺系统总体流程、系统结构体系和系统功能模型,从机电产品生命周期绿色信息集成角度分析了产品BOM的结构及绿色信息集成策略。针对加工工艺参数及工艺输出指标因素间的关联性,建立机电产品在LCA下工艺参数化模型和量化方法,用GBP算法遴选优化方案,实现绿色加工工艺过程。从集成角度深入地分析了系统功能之间的联系、以及工艺过程参数的多目标性进而开发了原型系统。
Since Life Cycle Analysis(LCA)software and tool lacks good support for green design and green technology system of electromechanical products,To resolve the problem,a overall flow for technical system,structure system and system function mode is established based on the technical characteristics,process parameters and green features of the mechanical and electrical products during the manufacturing process,in which the structure of the product BOM and green Information Integration strategy is analyzed in the sight of green information integration of the mechanical and electrical product life-cycle.Then parameterized model and quantitative methods are set up under LCA based on the relevance between processing parameters and index factors for process output.With GBP algorithm selected optimized plan green machining process is achieved.From integration point of view linkages between system functions and process parameters of multi-objective is analyzed in-depth and a prototype system is developed.
