拧管机是广泛应用于岩心钻探取芯过程中用来减轻钻探工人的劳动强度和缩短辅助时间的一款拧卸钻杆的设备。通过对目前国内市场上常见的拧管机的对比分析,针对其结构设计和应用中存在的不足,开发了一款多功能液压拧管机。该设备可广泛适用于钻探施工中各种类型钻杆的拧卸,集夹持、旋扣、冲扣/预紧、让开孔口、轴向补偿于一体,结构简单,成本低,体积小,使用灵活,性能可靠,大大降低了工人的劳动强度,提高了钻探效率,满足了中深孔钻探的要求。

Pipe screwing machine is a kind of equipment for screwing and removing drill stem that is widely applied in the process of core drilling to reduce the working intensity of labors and shorten the overhead time.Through comparing and analyzing of the screw tube machines available in domestic market at present,a kind of multi-function hydraulic screw machine is developed for shortages available in structural design and applying of the machine,which can be widely applied to screw and remove various types of drilling pipes combining gripping、spinning、impacting/pretightening,move orifice and axial compensating into one unit.With the characteristics of simple-structure、low-cost、small-size、flexibility and reliable-performance,the intensity of labors is reduced greatly and drilling efficiency is improved as well,which satisfies the requirements for drilling lengthhole.
