摘要
双摆角数控铣头研究热点是提高精度和增大扭矩,难点是精度和扭矩兼顾。研究精度保证技术和提高扭矩的方案,设计出一种新型摆角铣头,该铣头将提高现有铣头的精度水平,同时实现大功率、大扭矩切削,扩展了双摆角数控铣头加工能力范围。
The research focus for double pendulum angle CNC milling head is to improve accuracy and increase the torque,the difficulty is both accuracy and torque.A program for studying the accuracy ensuring technology and torque improvement is presented,in which a new type of rotary milling head is designed,which shall enhance the accuracy level of the existing milling head,achieve high power,high torque cutting at the same time and expand the processing capacity of the double pendulum angle CNC milling head.
