摘要 建立了密接式地铁车钩三维实体模型,忽略小的倒角和圆角,介绍了密接式车钩的工作原理和主要受力部件;设置密接式车钩材料属性和不同的初始速度,装配后导入ADAMS中得到不同连挂速度下冲击力曲线和角加速度曲线,根据曲线得出连挂速度越大,冲击作用时间越短,最大冲击力越大、角加速越大;运用冲量传递的方法和动量定理分析了不同速度下产生最大冲击力的原因,得出了最大冲击力和连挂速度近似成线性关系的结论;并运用Hertz理论求得最大冲击力下产生的接触压力。 Three-dimensional model of tight-lock type is established ignoring the small chamfer and the round corners,and principle and main components of tight-lock coupler is introduced in this thesis.After material properties of the coupler and different initial velocity being set and imported into ADAMS after assembly,a curve for impact force and angular acceleration under different coupling speed.According to which more greater the coupling velocity is,more shorter the impacting time is;more larger the maximum impacting force is,more larger the angular is.Then reasons max.impacting occurs are analyzed under different coupling speeds by means of the impulse transmission method and momentum theorem,which conclusion is that the maximum impacting force is approximately linear proportional to the coupling speed;the maximum contacting pressure produced by the impacting force is also calculated and obtained by adopting Hertz theory.
