摘要
油压控制阀(OCV)作为智能可变气门正时系统的重要组成部分,其性能的优劣对提高汽车燃油经济性具有极其重要的作用。首先介绍了油压控制阀的结构、性能参数及其工作原理,并针对其性能及工作原理进行了研究,设计研发了专用于测试其性能参数的实验台架,重点介绍了实验台架的液压油路、OCV控制电路及油压信号采集与处理部分的设计及其工作原理,通过使用该实验台架对OCV性能进行测试,证明该台架具有自动化程度高,测试精度精确等优点。
As an important component of the Variable Valve Timing(VVT)system,the performance of the oil control valve plays an extremely vital role in improving automobile fuel economy.First,it introduces the structure,performance and principle of the oil control valve.Then a testing device for testing its performance parameters has been developed which hydraulic pipeline,control circuit of the oil control valve as well as design and working principle for pressure signal acquisition and processing are focused.Through testing the performance of the oil control valve,the testing device has been proved with the characteristics of high automation and testing precision.
