摘要
在废旧汽车零部件再制造过程中,清洁是极其重要的一道工序。传统的清洁方法成本高、效率低、劳动强度大,容易造成环境污染,不适应再制造的需要。针对再制造过程中新研发的5种机械式环保清洁设备从清洁效果、清洁效率与能耗、清洁成本三个方面进行了试验分析,形成了一套优化的清洁工艺流程,对汽车零部件再制造清洁实践具有重要的指导意义。
Cleaning is a very important process in remanufacturing of waste automobile parts.Traditional cleaning methods are not available for remanufacturing because of high cost,low efficiency,heavy labor intensity and pollution of environment.Five new environmental and mechanical cleaning equipment which suit for remanufacturing are analyzed from cleaning effect,efficiency and energy consumption,cost through experiment in it,and a set of optimal process flow for cleaning is formed,which has important directive significance to the cleaning of waste automobile parts for remanufacturing.
