摘要
传统球磨机应用广泛,但运动形式单一,粉磨效率普遍偏低。为探索其提高粉磨效率的运动方式,结合不同单一运动形式球磨机的特点,设计了多运动形式的球磨机试验装置。介绍了该装置的三大主运动及其相关性,针对该多运动控制系统提出的要求,组建了以工控机、PLC、变频器等硬件和VB、GX Developer等软件为基础的通信平台,利用RS-232C,RS-485通信协议和关键技术,使该通信平台的控制数据得以共享和实时复杂计算,实现了球磨机试验装置各运动之间的协调控制。
Traditional ball mill is applied widely,but its grinding efficiency is low because of its single motion.To explore the ways of motion for improving grinding efficiency,a testing device of ball mill with multi-locomotion is designed based on different characteristics of traditional ball mills,in which three major movements and their relationships of the testing device is described.According to the requirement of multi-motion control system,a communication platform is built based on IPC,PLC and inverter as well as software such as VB、GX Developer.etc.Thus,by using RS-232C,RS-485 communication protocol and the key technologies for the communication platform which technical data can be shared and complex real-time calculation can be carried out,through which a coordinated control of the multi-locomotion for the testing device of ball mill is achieved.
