新型贡糖挤切成型机的研制

摘要 在调查分析闽南传统食品贡糖的特性及现有加工生产状况的基础上,研制一台新型挤压成型剪切设备。该设备采用变杆长的曲柄摇杆机构并配合单向轴承及可调节中心距的上下托辊作为送料机构,平行四边形机构作为剪切机构,使贡糖的挤压、成型、剪切同时完成。该设备加工出来的贡糖不仅外观质量好、卫生而且可大大提高食品的生产率。分析了该设备工作原理及结构特点,研究了曲柄摇杆机构杆长对贡糖长度的影响,为提高该设备实际使用提供理论依据。 A new type of squeeze-cutting former has been developed on the basis of surveying and analyzing the characteristics and current status of processing of tribute sugar,which is one of the Taiwan Residents traditional food.A crank-rocker mechanism with variable length of links is adopted,equipped with a single direction bearing and a feeding mechanism which center distance of upper lower rollers is adjustable as well as a cutting mechanism which is a parallelogram mechanism,which can implement the processes of squeezing,shaping and cutting at the same time.The sugar processed by the former is not only good in appearance,but also healthy,and the productivity is improved greatly.Meanwhile the principle and structural characteristics of the device are analyzed and the influence of bars length of crank-rocker mechanism on sugar length is studied in it,which provides a theoretical basis for enhancing the practical use of the device.
