铜纤维烧结毡毛细芯结构毛细泵环的性能研究 被引量:1

摘要 毛细芯是毛细泵环的关键部件,其结构直接影响毛细泵环的传热性能。采用铜纤维烧结毡作为CPL的毛细芯,设计与制造了一种小型CPL及其性能测试系统,通过改变工质灌注量和毛细芯孔隙率实验研究对CPL传热性能的影响规律。结果表明:以乙醇为工质,在灌注量20mL条件下可使该CPL运行状态良好,工质灌注量过多或过少都会降低其传热性能;当烧结毡孔隙率在(70~95)%范围内时,CPL的系统热阻随孔隙率的增大先变小后变大,当孔隙率为80%时其系统热阻最小,该CPL传热性能达到最佳。 Heat transfer performance of the CPL is influenced directly by the structure of the capillary wick which is the pivotal part of the CPL.A Capillary Pumped Loop and its test system were constructed using copper fiber sintered felts as capillary wick.The law for affecting heat transfer performance of the CPL is investigated by changing charging amount and porosity of the capillary wick.Experimental results show that the CPL could work well when the charging amount is 20mL,and the CPL would work badly if the charging amount was too much or too little.With increasing the porosity(70~95)%,the heat resistance of the CPL decreased firstly,and then increased.When the porosity is 80%,the heat resistance of the CPL is minimal and the optimal heat transfer performance of the CPL shall be achieved.
