摘要
数控车床广泛应用于各类回转体零件的加工领域,可以车削各种螺纹、圆弧、圆锥及回转体的内外曲面,对旋转体类零件进行高效、大批量、高精度加工,由数控程序控制加工过程,零件加工精度得到很大提高,由于加工节拍的要求,客户对辅助时间的要求更加严格,减少非加工时间,提高机床的利用率,成为机床企业追求的目标,各类上下料机械手孕育而生。一方面机械手代替人工,减少人员的使用,另一方面减少人为参与,可以保证产品质量的稳定性。是针对数控加工的短轴、销类零件设计的下料机械手,在实际应用中得到很好的应用效果。
NC turning machine is applied in machining all kinds of rotator parts widely,which can turn various screw thread、arc、taper、and inner or outer curve of the parts with high efficiency、high precision and NC program controls of machining process.Thus the precision of parts is improved obviously.But because of demand of the machining time,the demand of customers for assistant time is more tight,in this case to reduce the not-working time and improve the utilization of the machine become the pursuit aim of lots of machine tool companies which lead to the birth of various manipulators for loading and unloading.On one hand man power is reduced with the application of manipulators instead of workers;on the other hand the stability is ensured by reducing the man power.The offload manipulators special designed for short shafts or short pins machined by NC machine are verified with better effect in the practical application.
